Kenneth S. Janke Jr. became executive VP and Deputy CFO of Aflac Incorporated in 2010. In these roles, he supervises the company’s investment, capital, and risk management functions under the umbrella of other fiscal issues. Janke joined the company back in 1985 in the capacity of manager of Investor Relations. He became Senior VP in 1993. In 2002, with Janke in his current positions, the company’s Investor Relations Department was recognized by Investor Relations magazine as the “Best Overall Investor Relations” Department for a large-cap company. The following year, he was named the “Best Investor Relations Officer” for a large-cap company. Janke is also chairman of the company’s Corporate Disclosure Committee.
